Our Commitment

Coco Design is committed to digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards across our website at https://cocodesign.com.

Conformance Standard

Our goal is to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines describe how to make web content more accessible for people with visual, hearing, cognitive, and mobility disabilities.

Continuous Improvement and Testing

We build accessibility into our everyday design and development work. To do this:

  • We review our site's code, page structure, color contrast, and navigation on an ongoing basis.
  • We test pages with automated evaluation tools along with manual keyboard navigation and screen reader checks.
  • As web standards and assistive technology change, we update existing features to improve compatibility and ease of use.

Third-Party Software and Integrations

While we work to make sure everything Coco Design creates follows WCAG standards, our website may include third-party services, embedded forms, maps, or external links that we do not fully control. If you have trouble using any third-party feature on our site, please let us know and we will gladly help you directly.

Feedback and Accommodation Requests

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you run into a barrier or need information in another format, please reach out:

When you contact us about an accessibility barrier, please include the page address (URL), the assistive technology or browser you were using, and a short description of the problem.

Our Response Commitment

We take all accessibility feedback seriously. We aim to respond to accessibility inquiries within two business days and work promptly to resolve verified issues.

Let's build what comes next.
