About the role
The sales and marketing associate helps connect businesses with Coco Design's web design, development, and digital marketing services. The role combines outreach, relationship building, and follow-through — from a first conversation with a prospective client to a signed project.
What the work involves
- Reaching out to businesses and organizations that could benefit from a new or improved website
- Meeting with prospective clients to understand their goals and challenges
- Preparing and presenting project proposals
- Coordinating with the design and development team so proposals reflect real timelines and scope
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying ways to help them grow
- Supporting Coco Design's own marketing efforts
What we look for
- Professional experience in sales, marketing, or business development — ideally in the web development or app development industries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enough familiarity with websites and digital marketing to discuss them credibly with a business owner
- Organization and follow-through across multiple conversations at once
